Global EShipping directly selects and employs seafarers to serve aboard Global EShipping entities’ fleet. As of December 31, 2019, 68 people served on board the vessels in our fleet and Global EShipping, our manager, employed 12 people, all of whom were shore based. We believe the streamlining of crewing arrangements through our manager ensures that all of our vessels will be crewed with experienced crews that have the qualifications and licenses required by international regulations and shipping conventions.
